OUR COMPANY’S BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Chandrashekar Prabhudessai & Associates has been in construction industry for last 31 years.
Chandrashekar Prabhudessai and Associates is a R.C.C consulting firm which was founded in the year 1993. Over the years we have acquired and proven our competence in challenging projects in Goa.
We have worked on projects of various sizes and types ranging from residential complexes, commercial complexes, institutional buildings and industrial unit etc.
Our team is well versed with the practices of design and detailing of earthquake resistant structures and has successfully handled quite a few tall and complicated structures in Goa.
We are registered as Govt. Approved Valuer under section 34AB of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 for valuation of Immovable Properties (other than Agricultural lands, plantations, forests, mines & quarries) for the last 13 years. We are empanelled as valuer on various banks and housing finance bodies. We are also registered for Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India under Companies Act 2013 in respect of Land & building.
We are also registered as a competent person under section 2(ca) of the factories act 1948 for carrying out tests, examinations, inspections and certification for stability of buildings/ structures.
