Chandrashekar Prabhudessai and Associates, a R.C.C consulting firm was founded in the year 1992. Over the years we have acquired and proven our competence in challenging projects in Goa.
We have worked on projects of various sizes and types ranging from residential complexes, commercial complexes, institutional buildings and industrial units. Our experience of working on such projects has given a sound understanding and appreciation of various codes of practice.
Our team is well versed with the practices of design and detailing of earthquake resistant structures and has successfully handled quite a few tall and complicated structures in Goa.
A combination of a stable and experienced team and effective use of advanced software tools powers us. All our work from analysis and design to generation of drawings and documentation is automated. We also ensure that we are able to provide the unique attention to the project required during various stages from conceptual to site execution.

Being Structural Consultant, Mr. Chandrashekar Prabhudessai has been awarded “WELL BUILT RESIDENTIAL VILLA” for the year 2012 by Indian Concrete Institute, Goa Centre.
He is registered as Govt. Approved Valuer under section 34AB of the Wealth-tax Act, 1957 for valuation of Immovable Properties (other than Agricultural lands, plantations, forests, mines & quarries). For the last 11 years, being panel valuer on various banks such as State Bank of India, Bank of India, Vijaya Bank, LIC Housing Finance, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank & Corporation Bank, we have rendered our service as Govt. Approved Valuer for carrying out valuation of various immovable properties for different purposes.
We use all modern equipments with latest technology for Valuation of fixed assets to assess the fair market value. We have the track record, current market knowledge, and extensive experience to offer a wide range of valuation as well as consultancy services for our clients. It covers a Valuation of vacant Plot or Plot with house, Valuation of Row villa, Flat, shop, hotel, Valuation for Project Approval/ Project Finance, Factory/Industrial valuation for Bank purposes.
